Customer Service Administrator

Main Duties will include:
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for the smooth running of the customer Order Process, you will need to have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
- Deal with a high volume of emails, liaise with the Customers, Internal and External printers and other members of the Team to ensure the customer order progresses within the designated timescales
- Take telephone queries from Customers and Internal or external printers.
- Process amendments to orders, send purchase orders to the relevant people and communicate with customer’s regarding the update to their order.
- Process Sample requests.
- Deal with any customer or printer queries via either email or phone.
- Managing any orders for overseas delivery
- Working with our bespoke internal systems to meet relevant job KPI’s
Experience
- Must have excellent IT and administrative skills.
- Good at multitasking and can deal with a number of things at the same time.
- Good telephone manner
- Must have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
- Good written/ numerical and communication skills
