Job Description :

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Holmewood, Chesterfield.

Contract Details: Full Time

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound customer queries via telephone, email, and the website
  • Providing quotations and processing customer orders
  • Assisting the external sales team with information, pricing, and quotes
  • Liaising with the tech support team for technical product queries
  • Utilising the MS Office suite for documentation and reporting

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a commercial (Business to Business) environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of CRM software
