Customer Service Administrator / Engagement Officer with previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment, who enjoys building customer and colleague relationships, with excellent communication and administration skills is required for a well-established housing association based in Evesham, Worcestershire.

SALARY: £30,957 per annum + Excellent Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Hybrid working from the office inEvesham, Worcestershire (WR11) and from home

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator / Engagement Officer with previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment, who enjoys building customer and colleague relationships, with excellent communication and administration skills.

Working as the Customer Service Administrator / Engagement Officer you will work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager to assist with the effective delivery of organisational frameworks, in line with regulatory requirements.

As the Customer Service Administrator / Engagement Officer you will support the Customer Scrutiny Panel to ensure they are able to carry out effective scrutiny and positively influence service delivery. You will be a key contributor to a culture whereby customer influence is a key part of all service delivery, decision making and innovation, building a strong engaged customer base.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Customer Service Administrator / Engagement Officer will include:

  • Encourage colleague interactions within both the scrutiny and feedback process
  • Ensure a platform for feedback from customers in a way which hold colleagues accountable for listening and implementing ideas where appropriate
  • To build a strong Engaged Customer base
  • Administer formal and informal meetings to include organising an accurate agenda, producing comprehensive and accurate notes and action plans
  • Understand and promote the benefits of customer voice
  • Create and promote innovative and effective engagement opportunities for customers to be heard and have influence
  • Ensure all influence is captured, communicated and actions monitored until completion
  • Establish organisational priorities to create and deliver an annual engagement calendar, allowing customers to have a say in all major operational projects
  • Record and monitor engagement and report back to the Customer Engagement Manager
  • Work with the Communications team to ensure that customers are regularly kept up to date with how they have influenced services
  • Effectively manage agreed budgets, in accordance with policy and procedure, ensuring value for money and maximising efficiency

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Working as part of a team in a Customer Service environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to promote positivity, enthusiasm and inclusivity
  • Creative and innovative
  • Report and/or essay writing
  • Ability to build customer and colleague relationships, committed to providing opportunities for customers to have their say
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills
  • IT literate - Microsoft Office software
