Customer Support Specialist

Location: Guildford (free parking on site / 5 minute walk from Guildford main train station)

Salary: £23000 - £26000

Full time, Permanent

My client, a well-established and fast-growing specialist in their field, is looking for a committed and attentive Customer Support expert to join their knowledgeable and passionate Support department.

This role would suit someone who has excellent communication skills, is dedicated to helping their customers, enjoys problem solving and is either naturally technically minded or willing to learn the technical side of the business to best support and advise their customers.

The company has an upbeat working environment and a great atmosphere. You must be a team player who has good initiative and is willing to assist colleagues and other departments as and when required.

• Previous customer service experience within any field
• Confident communicating with customers, colleagues and other third parties
• A team player with great individual initiative
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Interested in the technical side of computers or an eagerness to learn
• Ability to think on your feet
• Great attention to detail
• Good level of IT (Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel - Social Media platforms)
