Job Brief:
A well-established business based in central Nottingham are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will deliver exceptional service by leveraging your product knowledge and expertise.
Your days will be spent communicating with key customers and personnel via various channels such as email, phone and customer portals. You'll enjoy thinking on your feet and using your initiative to ensure you deliver the very best experience for customers.

The Customer Service Administrator will have previous experience within a customer service role, ideally within a maintenance/reactive environment. You will also have exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing.
In return you will be offered a salary of £24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch; this is fully office based. Also, you will be offered 20 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays rising by one day per each year of service up to 25 days.
