As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations by accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Enter order information into the system with a high degree of precision
- Collaborate with other departments to confirm product availability and delivery timelines
- Communicate with customers to clarify order details or address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Monitor and update order statuses, keeping customers informed of any changes
- Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all order-related activities
Experience required of the Order Processor:
- Previous experience in order processing or a related field is preferred
- Experience with SAP is desired
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
