£25,600 + Monthly bonus

Permanent - Full time 

Monday - Friday / 9:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

We are looking for a customer service-focused individual to join our Customer Service team in London, where you will deliver a first-class experience to all external customers and go above and beyond to put customer service at the heart of everything you do. Every day you will...

  • Deal with the database management – ensuring all staff who have not worked are contacted and their file updated accordingly, are offered alternative UCLH Bank opportunities, or archived from the system.
  • Conduct pre-screens for candidates to determine their suitability to the roles the programme has to offer.
  • Ensure candidate's files adhere to local trusts compliance process and general legislation, right-to-work checks
  • Thoroughly checking all required documentation to ensure it complies with our policies and standards.
  • Interact with others in an open, honest, respectful and fair manner, use a range of communication styles and methods to convey information.
  • Ensuring candidates files adhere to local trusts compliance process and general legislation, right to work checks etc.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

  • Experience in customer services and/or compliance.
  • Excellent Telephone Manner.
  • Proficient IT Skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively
