A new and exciting opportunity has risen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a bespoke furniture studio!
This role requires a hard working candidate who enjoys tackling many tasks in their day and working within a varied environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Speaking with clients, dealing with any inquiries from clients/ suppliers in a professional manner.
- Effectively manage customer’s expectations following company policies and procedures.
- Communicate and record details of action taken always following up with the appropriate customer/ supplier.
- Booking appointments and following up with clients as and when is required
- Processing remedials and office supply orders as and when necessary.
- Ordering appliances and accessories for clients as and when necessary.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- General administrative duties
- Knowledge of MS Office
We are looking for an individual with exceptional administration and customer service skills, strong organisation skills and proficient in Ms Office.
