Job Description :

Customer Service Administrator required to work for a local provider on an ongoing temporary basis.  This is a full-time office-based role in Welwyn Garden City. 

Working within a friendly team office environment and with free parking.  This role offers opportunity to progress within the organisation.

  • Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm
  • Salary is £12.02 per hour

The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to customers to arrange deliveries for equipment into homes.
  • Calling customers who have equipment in their homes which require periodic servicing or repair.
  • Booking Couriers/Deliveries.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Completing relevant paperwork.
  • Updating database.
