Customer Service Administrator

  • Location: Southampton
  • Job Type: Full Time (Monday to Friday)
  • Duration: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
  • Salary: £24-25,000 per annum

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Respond to and resolve stakeholder issues promptly.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support team operations.
  • Liaise with both internal and external staff to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Manage and operate service desk ticketing software efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction via telephone, face-to-face, and email.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
