As a Customer Services Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales delivery process. You'll manage everything from order processing to invoicing, handle customer pricing and stock allocation, and ensure smooth dispatch operations. Your role will involve addressing customer enquiries, supporting the field sales team, and coordinating between sales, quality, production, packing, and dispatch teams to meet customer expectations and ensure timely deliveries.
We value effective communication and coordination to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll utilize Sage 200 for Sales Ledger, Sales Order Processing (SOP), and Stock Management, along with MS Office and our in-house Laboratory Information System (LIMs).
