Working to a family run business. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast growing organisation, working within a friendly, supportive team.

The company is located in a very lovely rural setting therefore, candidates must be able to drive.

This is a full-time office-based position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key duties & responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer support over the phone and by email
  • Accepting, processing and passing orders to warehouse for dispatch
  • General admin including sorting delivery notes, scanning documents, sorting and distributing post, filing, data entry, etc
  • Providing reception cover where required
  • Representing the business with a positive and professional attitude

Required qualifications, knowledge, experience & skills

  • IT literate with strong knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Quick and accurate typing skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work both on your own and within a team as required
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
