Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database, ensuring all interactions are logged and up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to help identify trends and improve our products and services.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the health and well-being industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
