Salary: £25,000 - £27,000Start Date: March 2025Location: Hybrid (flexible once trained)

• Handling calls and emails to assist with client queries and issues.
• Managing contracts, timesheets, and login troubleshooting.
• Directing inquiries to umbrella companies as needed.
• Maintaining and cleaning internal databases for accuracy and efficiency.
• Developing and enhancing the customer feedback part of our service.

You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly, with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
