Customer Service/Administrator required for this fixed term contract until 31st December 2025.You will be the key liaison between internal staff and clients. You will provide proactive customer service, ensuring that KPI's are met.Duties:
- Ensure diary bookings are effective
- Oversee daily workload of clients
- Format and send reports
- Update the database
- Book internal and external appointments
- Ensure PO numbers are obtained
- Keep clients up to date
- General administration
