Your Mission at ElisAs a Supply Chain Customer Service Administrator, you will need to ensure accurate and timely processing of all transactions within the Supply Chain Customer Service team. This role includes placing orders to third party suppliers for direct delivery to our sites, intercompany orders and manually placing orders via a third-party logistics and warehousing supplier for direct delivery to our sites / laundries as well as supporting the setup of supplier master data. To ensure accurate and timely processing of all internal customer orders, such that excellent service provision is possible, to meet the demands for Textiles from the laundries. You will be expected to provide an excellent customer care experience in meetings with customers and colleagues. Execute on customer issues (such as complaints) The ability to be flexible is a must.
