Customer Service Advisors required for a Loughborough based, market leading organisation within telecommunications.We require experienced Contact Centre Agents to become integral members of the Customer Service Team, working in Inbound.There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (Between 09:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift)1 in every 2 - Saturday 09:00-17:30Job Role:Your key responsibilities, which are not exhaustive and not limited to include:
- Managing inbound calls to the business from clients / customers’ requests.
- Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
- Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers on offer.
- Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them.
- Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
- Deliver a consistent call flow, giving the customer the confidence in the information provided.
- Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice.
- Uncapped Commission Structure
