We're opening a new Operation Centre in St Helens (WA10 3LR) and have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and be part of our continuing growth.
After an initial training period at our Chester Operation Centre, you will be based from St Helens. You'll be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with no bank holiday working, so you'll benefit from a great work-life balance and have more time to yourself.
Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames.
They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
