Job Summary:
Join the team and become the voice of sustainability! As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with their recycling queries, trash troubles, and compost conundrums. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service, addressing enquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial contact, offering guidance and information to both customers and employees, prioritizing customer needs and fostering trust.
- Seek out optimal solutions tailored to individual customer needs that also enhance company value and brand development.
- Process reservations, billing, and payments with precision and speed, utilising company protocols and systems.
- Organise and oversee collection and delivery itineraries, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to changes when needed.
- Gather and enter data into databases or spreadsheets as necessary.
- Keep meticulous records, ensuring documentation is precise and regularly produce reports and statistical data.
- Address customer grievances effectively, ensuring resolution is achieved with empathy and customer contentment.
- Adhere to policies, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and upholding health, safety, and equality standards.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent standard/RSA Level 1 or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Good attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
