Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service by handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Managing administrative tasks to support the customer service team
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Following the company's procedures and policies to ensure consistent service delivery
- Communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Operating within a 4-day on, 4-day off shift rota
