Customer Service Advisor - Tunbridge Wells - £26,000 + annual bonus!Are you a real people person, who loves to help people and solve issues?Do you want to work with a warm, fun loving team who have a great family feel and offer fantastic support and team spirit?We are seeking a superstar who can turn even the most frazzled customer's day around with a friendly chat and a can-do attitude. This is a busy and varied role, requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work. Staying calm under pressure and thinking of creative ways to deal with trickier situations are also key. You'll be answering customer queries and making sure they feel valued and heard, managing orders and tracking deliveries and resolving delivery issues and working with the wider Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience.About you:

• You will have at least 1 -2 years Customer service experience within an office based environment.
• Enthusiastic, resourceful and a quick learner.
• You'll be a natural communicator with a knack for making people feel comfortable and appreciated.
• Tech savvy and great with Microsoft office and a keen desire to progress and learn.
