Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Near Saffron Walden

Salary: Circa £26,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client based in the Saffron Walden area is looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

As Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

• Reception duties - meeting & greeting customers
• Dealing with any customer enquiries, making bookings
• Order processing, raising invoices
• Taking payments
• Any other administration duties required.

An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Computer literacy
• Smart appearence
• Marketing & Automotive experienece (advantageous).
