Job Location : Oxford, UK
A world leading publisher and distributor of children's fiction and educational books are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their Customer Services team. This position involves working during term time (40 weeks per year).
They are the UK's largest Book Club and Book Fair operator and work with thousands of schools across the UK and Ireland every year to help inspire young children to read for pleasure. They provide trusted resources and support to teachers through its Educational publishing arm and is also the home to children's authors and illustrators including Philip Pullman, Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler and series including The Hunger Games, Captain Underpants and Horrible Histories.
About the role
You will be providing their customers with a high standard of Customer Service by promptly and efficiently answering emails and inbound calls whilst demonstrating a good knowledge of their product.
