Customer Service Advisor - Eclectic Recruitment : Job Details

Our client based in Cambridge are looking for a personable, Customer Service Advisor to join their business on a full time basis, initially as a maternity cover FTC. The role will be mainly worked from home.Main duties will include:

• Assisting customers with problem solving solutions
• Speaking on the telephone, sending emails, answering live chat enquiries
• Resolving billing issues
• Associated ad-hoc administrative duties

The successful candidate will have:

• Customer service experience
• An excellent telephone manner
• Good command of the English language
• IT proficiency
• An interest in technology would be beneficial but is not essential
