The role is based in Newcastle.As the Customer Service Advisor, you will play an essential role by acting as the first point of contact, offering a friendly and professional experience for all customers. The role includes managing both inbound and outbound calls, registering new customers, providing information on the business, managing the applicant database and booking viewings for the onsite teams to carry out.
