Customer Service Advisor (Must have experience working within New build homes)

Location: NorthamptonSalary: £12.80 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pmStart Date: Immediate

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, emails, online inquiries, and social media interactions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all customer issues are resolved professionally and courteously. You will coordinate with colleagues to maintain continuous telephone cover throughout the day and arrange inspections for remedial inquiries when necessary.

 Join our team and become a vital link between our Management teams, Customer Care Operatives, and external contractors. Your efforts will ensure that all works are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. You will also communicate with the Head of Department to ensure that all issues are addressed by the appropriate person.
