We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Brighouse who are looking for a temporary Customer Service Advisor - immediate start.
Office based - hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30 (with flexibility on start/finish eg 9.00 - 5.00)
You will be working within a friendly and dynamic team who value teamwork, efficiency and a positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via a ticketing system.
- Handle inquiries related to orders, including tracking, faulty parts, missing parts, and assembly questions.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and other customer service software.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
