Company: UKPN Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home after training) Contract Length: 12 months Start Date: Ideally 6th January Rate: £13.42 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm ________________________________________ Role OverviewJoin the Connections Gateway Team at UKPN, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting renewable energy initiatives. This role involves processing applications for renewable energy projects such as solar panel installations and managing customer enquiries. You’ll handle a mix of renewable energy-related queries and general customer service overflow calls, contributing to a seamless customer experience. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities• Process applications for renewable energy installations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Handle inbound calls, including renewable energy-related enquiries and general customer service support. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. • Utilize systems like SAP and Smart Connect (training provided). ________________________________________ Requirements• Experience: Prior customer service experience (face-to-face or telephone-based). • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes. ________________________________________ Training and Support• Comprehensive initial training (approximately 2-3 weeks), including shadowing and ongoing support tailored to your needs. ________________________________________
