Customer Service Advisor

The company:
A leading, global technology company with a track record of success. Due to growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their office in Golders Green.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Working either 2pm to 10pm, or 10pm to 6am
- Provide day-to-day client support via Livechat, emails and via the phone
- Case management, addressing feedback and complaints, and ensuring a high-quality service
- Adhere to operational processes and policies while maintaining client and internal documentation in compliance with GDPR
- Maintain regular communication with team members to share learning experiences and promote a consistent service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer support advisor role within an office & team environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite and the nack to learn new things in relation to IT products quickly
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
