A leading, global technology company with a track record of success. Due to growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their office in Golders Green.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Working either 2pm to 10pm, or 10pm to 6am
  • Provide day-to-day client support via Livechat, emails and via the phone
  • Case management, addressing feedback and complaints, and ensuring a high-quality service
  • Adhere to operational processes and policies while maintaining client and internal documentation in compliance with GDPR
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to share learning experiences and promote a consistent service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer support advisor role within an office & team environment
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite and the nack to learn new things in relation to IT products quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
