Customer Service Advisor - Osborne Appointments : Job Details

Customer Service/Call Centre Agents Required for our client in Warrington 

This is a Temporary to Permanent role with an immediate start required. 

Salary: £11.80 per hour, holiday pay accrued, PAYE Contract 

Hours – Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

For this position, you must have previous Customer Service experience within a Call Centre environment, you will be handling a variety of different calls & may have to provide a variety of solutions to customers. 

Requirements:

• Previous call centre experience is essential for this position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Ability to work towards and exceed all KPIs set
• Flexibility with the different shift patterns as per business requirements
• Previous sales experience
