Day-to-day of the role:
- Setting up new files, including collating necessary documents such as Terms and Conditions, Proof of Debt, Company Searches, and debtor and customer contact details.
- Entering information into the system and sending out the first chase letter via post.
- Chasing payments via email and phone, sending copy invoices, and various chase emails.
- Using different client systems for debt recovery processes.
- Updating other general internal systems and chasing up client leads.
- Supporting other team members during times of absence, holiday, or work fluctuations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good telephone manner and customer service experience.
- A can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Training will be provided, but previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
