With a competitive salary, early Friday finish, and an exciting £1,500 welcome bonus after six months, this opportunity offers so much more than just a job—it’s your chance to grow and thrive in a supportive environment.What You’ll Be Doing: As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, timely delivery, and outstanding service. Your time will be spent across a balance of communication channels—approximately 60% email and 40% telephone work—allowing you to provide seamless support and build meaningful customer relationships. Every day will bring new challenges and rewarding opportunities to:
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
- Manage order processing, including updates to POs, rescheduling, and raising repair or rework orders.
- Liaise with Production and Purchasing teams to resolve delivery challenges and stock shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of price lists, RFQs, BOMs, and technical drawings.
- Contribute to production planning, assist with job costings, and participate in stock takes.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Customer Service Advisor Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
