Think Specialist Recruitment are working with a well-established company in the Luton area who are steeped in history and operate in a thriving industry. Due to changes in their team, they are looking for a new Customer Service Assistant to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Are you someone who has previous experience working in Customer Service? Have you previously worked in a busy call centre environment, dealing with a varied number of issues including order descrepancies and customer complaints and queries? Are you looking for a role where you can gain valuable experience with a great organisation that would look good on your CV and give you brilliant experience for your future employment? If so this could be the perfect role!
The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident on the phones dealing with a wide range of Customer expectations, they will ideally have excellent interpersonal skills and be a highly skilled problem solver.
