Our client based in Dartford is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team initially on a Temporary basis but with potential to become Permanent.

They are a lovely team, very welcoming, provide excellent training and offer free on site parking.

Key Duties:

- Answering incoming calls

- Logging client queries and providing a resolution

- Arranging an engineer visit when required

- Processing engineer paperwork

- Assisting with complaints and escalating when needed

- Answering client email queries
