Customer Service Advisor - red recruitment : Job Details

Red Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client who is based in Bristol and is looking for positive Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis. This position is Monday to Friday and the salary is £11.44 per hour.

Salary and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

• Salary: £11.44 per hour
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Location: Bedminster, Bristol
• Start date: 11th January 2025
• Free car park

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Making outbound calls to create appointments for the design consultants
• Achieving KPIs for the department, including the number of calls made, contacts achieved and appointments made
• Ensuring that appointments booked are booked according to the policies and standards in place
• Making sure that data on the system is kept up-to-date and accurate

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

• Contact centre experience is required
• You should be confident talking to customers on the phone
• Good customer service skills is required
• You should be able to work towards targets
