Customer Service Advisor - Adore Recruitment : Job Details

Customer Service Agent . Office based full time. Chelmsford - Driver required due to location

£24500 - £25350 Plus quarterly bonus !!

Rotated times 8am - 4.30pm the team. 8.30pm - 5pm & 9am - 5.30pm

Do you enjoy a busy telephone based role ? Do you like something varied where you’re not dealing with repetitive requests but will be thinking on your feet and dealing with different scenarios daily?

I am looking for someone with excellent telephone skills and confident personality to update and assist customers on servicing, collections deliveries and more.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dealing with customer phone calls email, web queries

• Advising on delivery and collection times

• Thinking outside of the box to solve any customer issues

• Answer a high level of incoming calls

• Respond to daily requests and emails
