Customer Service Advisor/Inbound

Are you looking for your next role within Customer Services?  Our growing client is recruiting for an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join the team based in Borehamwood. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within a dynamic and ethical organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
• Offer accurate information and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with existing customers to cross-sell and upsell.
• Generate new sales leads.
• Go the extra mile with customers via phone and email.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Prepare sampling requests to be dispatched.
• Stay updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Manage DPD issues incl. customer returns and collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous Customer support experience.
• Strong telephone handling skills and active listening skills.
• Ability to respond and react to customers in various scenarios.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
• Professional manner when handling disputes across all communication methods.
