Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor position for a large multinational Insurance company in Maidstone.
Responsibilities:
- Take a "hands-on" approach to handling a portfolio of claims from start to finish.
- Handle phone calls, emails and tasks.
- Ensure all new claims are monitored and handled within our service level agreements, including custom arrangements with insurers.
- Ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.
- Accurately record and file all communications with clients.
- Support clients to get the best outcomes on their claims, advocating for our clients to receive prompt service and great outcomes on their claims.
- Work with Claims Executives to identify trends and risk management needs.
Experience:
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to process work quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Insurance experience is an advantage.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and respond appropriately to an individual client’s level of understanding.
- GCSE Math’s and English (or equivalent).
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000
Location: hybrid (3 days per week in Maidstone office)
