• Processing payments and applications
• Dealing with account enquiries, processing payments, chasing outstanding payments
• General administrative duties surrounding enquiries

About You

• Previous customer service/call centre experience is essential for this position
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
