Description

• Handle and resolve customer queries via telephone and email

• Manage customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Familiarity with financial services and products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
