Customer Service Advisor - Reference: CSA022025

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our in-house Contact Centre, helping us provide outstanding support to our customers. This is a busy and varied role where every day brings a new challenge.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
- Handling housing and repair-related queries through various communication channels.
- Providing excellent customer service with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Escalating and directing queries to relevant teams or contractors as needed.
- Working closely with colleagues and business partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the social housing sector (though not essential).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems.
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
Salary: £26,900
