About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join us at our Merton site. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be expected to provide an excellent customer care experience in meetings with customers and colleagues. Execute on customer issues (such as complaints) The ability to be flexible is a must.

We are looking for someone who’s organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

• Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
• Supporting on an internal service inbox
• Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
• Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
• Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
• Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
