If you’ve answered yes to the above, please read on… About The Role Our client is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to provide technical support for healthcare products. You'll assist customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring safe and timely issue resolution. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for healthcare products through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Guide customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive support experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance product knowledge and refine customer service processes.
