- Salary: £23,333 per annum (£11.58 per hour) plus performance-related bonus

Day to Day of the role:
- Handle a broad range of calls from customers, providing efficient and effective service.
- Engage with customers primarily via inbound calls, as well as through QMS, email, and webchat when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other business areas to support our customers.
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
- Stay informed about marketing and promotional activities.
- Accurately record all conversations and transactions on our in-house system.
- Address 1st line complaints and undertake additional customer service-related business activities.
