Our team in Coleraine are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor who prides themselves on delivering first class service and who can really make difference. In this customer facing role, you will be responsible for contributing to and exceeding customer expectations, whilst supporting the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling products.

Branch opening hours are Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00 Fri 07.30 - 16.00 Sat 08.00 - 12.00 and we are flexible to consider a variety of working hours/patterns to suit your needs!

Duties to include:
Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers. Building relationships both over the phone and face to face and also including prompt and accurate responses to online/ecommerce custom and queries.
Identify and generate sales opportunities for the full range of JP Corry products.
Provide realistic quotations to meet both customer and business needs.
Ensuring a high standard of 'good housekeeping' throughout the store
Development of new and promotional product lines
Carrying out all cash transactions, refunds and till processes accurately and in accordance with branch procedures
Ensure sufficient levels of stock are on the shop floor, ordering more as required
Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary.
Suitable applicants will ideally be/have:
Passionate about delivering a first class customer service experience and know what great service looks, sounds and feels like.
Proven experience within a face to face sales and customer service based role.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to be a real team player.
Proficient in the use of IT and have good computer literacy and telephone skills.
Web sales, 'E' commerce and social media experience
Ideally knowledge / experience of the construction / building materials industry.
