Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a regulated environment providing support to customers in relation to their motor insurance products.
You will be part of their Contact Centre dealing within incoming and outgoing calls taking details of claims and processing from start to finish!
The role will be handling a range of enquiries providing the best support to existing customers and ensuring service level agreements are adhered too.
Profile
Previous customer service/contact centre experience
Excellent telephone manner
Confident and able to build and maintain excellent relationships
The ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment
A high level of resilience and able to deal with difficult customers
An excellent team player
Job Offer
Salary of £23000 rising to £25000 on completion of probation+ reputable insurance business in Leeds+ central location and easily accessible from Leeds city centre and Bradford+ no shift patterns or weekends+ full training provided+ excellent progression and development+ great team and culture+ immediate interview
