Customer Service Advisors x8 - TRI Consulting : Job Details

A Housing association is currently looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis for about 3 months

Key responsibilities are as follows

Liaising directly with our residents and providing them with a great service through your interactions with them

Key support in the newly formed External Managing Agent department

Supporting the Property Managers and Housing Officers in their day-to-day tasks

Assist with tenancy reviews due to September deadline to convert fix term/probationary tenancies into full assured tenancies

Assist with new build handover admin tasks from our delivery team into EMA team

PAYE £14.18 & Umbrella £18.64

Essential requirements

Must have a solid and consistent work history in customer service, would consider hospitality background

Must be immediately available or on short notice

Good on Word & Excel
