What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and emails, helping with queries, policy renewals, new business, and more.
  • Policy Management: Guide customers through the lifecycle of their pet insurance policies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with veterinary practices, breeders, and policyholders to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Admin Duties: Keep policies up to date and provide administrative support.

About You

  • Passionate about Animals: You care about pets and the people who love them.
  • People Person: Comfortable talking to customers over the phone and via email.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail or hospitality? Perfect! We welcome candidates from all customer-facing backgrounds.

Hours of Work

Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) with a 3-week rotational shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm + a half-day Saturday (with a day off in the week).
  • Week 3: Monday to Friday 12 pm - 8 pm

Note: No holidays during the first 4-6 weeks of training.
