The Caroola Group is excited to be expanding the teams within The Caroola Apprenticeship Academy and is seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team as an Customer Service Apprentice.

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will embark on an exciting and rewarding journey that combines practical on-the-job training with academic learning.

This position offers a structured pathway to success. In your first year, you will undergo comprehensive training whilst working towards achieving the Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship

The Customer Service Apprentice is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the key functions within Parasol Operations providing the apprentice with excellent organisational exposure.

Role and responsibilities

• To ensure all telephone, web chat and email enquiries (both internal and external) are resolved satisfactorily and with a strong level of ownership and accuracy.
• To manage the expectations of all new joiners and external employees through effective communication.
• Manage daily/weekly reports in a timely manner.
• To achieve individual and departmental performance targets.
• Actively support department and company initiatives.
• To generate ideas for improvements to processes and the overall employee experience.
• To welcome feedback provided as part of the quality assessment framework and demonstrate improvement in performance.
• To always maintain a high level of personal drive and the highest standard of accountability and professionalism.
