The Company:A well-established UK manufacturer and distributor in the industrial sector.

Main duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner- To prepare and send quotations using price lists available- To process orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly- To provide initial fault diagnosis and suggest parts for replacement- To build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and manufacturers- To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement

The Candidate: - Previous experience in customer service - Essential- Fluent in a European language (written and spoken) - Desirable- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills and a team player- IT literate

The Salary: circa £26,000 per annum plus benefits
